Our Agency

Home Support Services, LLC was started as a family owned and operated small business in August 2008.  We began in response to our own families need for a responsible caregiver for my mother who was diagnosed with throat cancer.  I slept on my mother's couch almost every night for 3 years in order to ensure she was not alone.  The whole family took turns staying with my mother throughout the day and making sure that she got the care she needed.  Eventually, we realized that we still needed help as all of the children had their own families and jobs to attend to.  We tried several agencies and now know what it takes to ensure proper care for a loved one.  

We were blessed to be able to take care of my mother when she needed us.  We use this experience to train our caregivers on what is needed when providing supports for families like ours.
